Responsible for generating net-new B2B business across Ireland: prospecting, building pipeline, managing full sales cycle, engaging CISOs and IT leaders, demonstrating Darktrace's AI-driven security platform, closing deals, and collaborating with technical teams for demos and proof-of-value engagements.

Partner with security and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption, reduce risk, and accelerate Time-to-Value. Build technical success plans, identify high-value use cases, monitor usage and health metrics, mitigate technical blockers, support renewals and expansion, and represent customer technical feedback internally. Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals to improve customer outcomes and retention.

Partner with security and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption, reduce risk, and accelerate time-to-value. Build technical success plans, monitor usage and health, remediate integration and operational blockers, support renewals and expansion, and act as a trusted technical advisor across account teams.

Lead the NDR product area: define direction, understand technology and customer use cases, prioritise features with R&D, test functionality, collaborate with product marketing and GTM teams on launches, training, documentation, and ensure product-market fit and high quality.

Investigate malware and adversary TTPs, hunt for emerging threats, produce threat intelligence reports, develop data-driven detection methods, present findings, and collaborate with product and research teams to improve detection capabilities.

Sell Darktraces AI-driven cybersecurity platform to net-new customers across an assigned territory. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engage CISOs and technical stakeholders, run demos and PoV engagements with technical teams, manage pipeline and forecasting, and identify upsell opportunities while representing the company at events.

Lead and manage the Workday Finance back-office platform across PTP, OTC, and RTR. Oversee projects, release management, integrations, data quality, reporting, security controls, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement to optimise finance processes and user adoption.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise and mid-market customers, driving upsell and cross-sell revenue. Build trusted relationships with CISOs and security leaders, develop account plans, collaborate with partners and technical experts, present Darktrace AI-driven security solutions, and represent the company at events.
