Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, serving as their primary contact and advocate. Help clients realize value from the Optimove platform through guidance, training, strategic coordination, and communication of product updates. Collaborate with C-level and technical stakeholders, communicate customer needs internally, and support clients in achieving business goals and satisfaction.

Partners with Account Executives as the technical expert throughout EMEA sales cycles. Leads technical calls, integration discussions, product demos, requirements mapping, RFP/RFI responses, and technical deal support. Configures demonstrations to prospect needs, collaborates with Data and Integration teams, supports sales enablement, and develops MarTech expertise. The role involves occasional travel to conferences and prospect sites and requires hybrid attendance at the London office three days weekly.
