Build Power Platform solutions and PowerShell automation, support Copilot deployment and governance, provide Tier 3 support, partner with security and business stakeholders, and drive adoption and documentation.

Lead global IT infrastructure strategy and operations across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments. Own roadmaps, budgets, vendor/contracts, BC/DR, SLAs, security/compliance alignment, and modernization. Manage and develop managers and technical leaders, drive operational maturity, FinOps, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure resilient, secure, cost-effective infrastructure supporting enterprise objectives.
