Leads design and execution of liquid-cooling R&D tests, including test-rig design, commissioning, instrumentation, data acquisition, analysis, and validation. Performs prototype assembly, leak and pressure testing, calibration, documentation, and configuration management. Lead global marketing operations to improve attribution, pipeline contribution, and operational scalability. Drive CRM governance, customer intelligence use cases, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional alignment with sales and demand generation to accelerate revenue and measure marketing impact.

Manages on-site project delivery and commissioning activities across EMEA. Responsibilities include coordinating installation and commissioning teams, scheduling resources, tracking progress, managing subcontractors and deliveries, reporting risks, supporting quality and safety, attending stakeholder meetings, and driving process improvements. Own the product roadmap for data center whitespace infrastructure (power distribution, liquid and air cooling). Consolidate Voice of Customer and market intelligence, define product requirements and value propositions, run competitor and patent analysis, create customer-facing documentation, support launches, enable sales/solutions teams, and provide occasional on-site technical consultations and training.
