Leads customer research, competitive analysis, AI product marketing, commercial execution, and KPI-driven optimization across SMB and mid-market segments.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Stewardship Intelligence, a governance and capital-markets data product. Manage Product Management and Research teams, improve dataset quality and coverage, scale research operations through automation and AI, and partner with Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role involves overseeing the product vision for IT & Cyber Risk, driving AI integration, collaborating on product delivery, and engaging with stakeholders to align product strategy with corporate goals.
