Design and deliver AWS cloud solutions across migration, modernisation, networking, and security. Lead pre-sales discovery, produce architecture proposals and SOWs, execute migrations (MGN, DMS), design landing zones, IAM, network topology and compliance controls, advise on EKS/ECS and serverless, produce documentation and runbooks, manage client expectations, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage enterprise client relationships across multiple verticals, serve as primary contact, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate solution development with technical teams, prepare proposals and quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
