Senior ServiceNow Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and operating ServiceNow (with focus on GRC/IRM/BCM/TPRM). Translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage enhancements, upgrades, integrations, governance, audits, and security, produce documentation and training, and oversee junior/offshore team members while ensuring regulatory compliance and platform best practices.

Lead the Financial Crimes Compliance Quality Assurance programme at MUFG, developing and implementing methodologies and standards while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management.

Lead and execute IT audit engagements across APAC, evaluating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and controls. Use data analytics to design and perform data-driven audit procedures, validate remediation, prepare audit reports and working papers, support continuous auditing and automation, and collaborate with regional/global audit teams and governance forums.

Provide contact center administrative support: answer calls and inquiries, manage workflows and scheduling, capture and maintain client data, track service metrics and reports, support contact center systems (Avaya, Cisco, Salesforce), ensure compliance and escalation practices, assist targeted client programs and ad-hoc projects, and deliver excellent client service.
