Serve as a subject matter expert for AI-powered customer experience and conversational AI solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence opportunity progression, and develop AI-led pathways aligned with customer objectives.

Manages technical revenue accounting for complex SaaS transactions, applying ASC 606 and US GAAP. Evaluates contracts, products, and business models; prepares audit-ready accounting memos; supports close and audit activities; partners with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Product, and Finance; reviews team analyses; coaches junior staff; and drives AI and automation improvements across revenue accounting processes.

Lead and scale an EMEA team of AI and experience orchestration overlay sellers. Coach specialists, establish operating models, drive AI-focused sales motions, partner with Account Executives and sales leadership, support strategic enterprise opportunities, and translate customer challenges into AI use cases and measurable value. Monitor market and competitive trends while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and Professional Services to improve go-to-market effectiveness.

Serves as the primary Total Rewards subject matter expert for EMEA, leading regional compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. Advises HR and business leaders on salary reviews, market pricing, equity, incentives, benefits, pay equity, compliance, and governance. Partners with Payroll, Finance, Legal, vendors, and global Total Rewards teams to ensure effective program delivery, analyze workforce data, improve processes, and support organizational changes, mergers, and acquisitions.

Lead product vision and execution for CX, agent experience and engagement. Define a unified UX framework for Genesys Cloud, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive roadmap prioritization, customer adoption, ROI analysis, and manage global product teams to deliver AI-driven workspace experiences.

Partner with strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption and optimization of Genesys Cloud CX. Provide technical guidance, deliver assessments and roadmaps, manage customer plans, identify risks and opportunities, and act as trusted advisor to achieve measurable business outcomes while feeding product insights back to Genesys.

Lead strategy, planning and lifecycle for a technical customer education portfolio. Define roadmaps, prioritize learning products across modalities, partner with stakeholders, measure adoption, and use data and AI-enabled tools to improve learner outcomes and portfolio performance.
