Manage and grow a portfolio of ~10 enterprise accounts across North America and EMEA. Build relationships with key stakeholders, develop account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, negotiate renewals, coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and drive Net New ARR and multi-year commitments.

The International Account Executive will acquire new enterprise customers in Europe, engage in sales strategies, build relationships, and manage deal risks for revenue growth.

Provide end-to-end negotiation and management of commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, AI terms, NDAs), advise Sales/Dealdesk/Partnerships, draft templates, run contract reviews, support RFPs and maintain contract records while coordinating stakeholder training and improving contract workflows.

Own and execute EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue. Partner with regional sales, lead demand generation, ABM, digital, events, partner and customer marketing, translate global AI messaging for local markets, build and manage a regional team, budgets, agencies, and performance reporting, and travel across key EMEA markets.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead enterprise solutions design, engage C-level stakeholders, and support Account Executives in navigating complex organizations to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
