Manage and grow Geotab’s partner accounts by driving revenue, unit sales, profitability, and market share. Enable partners through training, tools, demonstrations, and co-marketing initiatives; forecast account metrics in Salesforce; coordinate with internal teams on sales strategies, RFPs, implementations, and product feedback; and conduct business reviews. The role also develops partner relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, attends industry events, and requires international travel across the UK and Ireland.

Serve as a technical SME for the Geotab ecosystem: gather requirements, deliver demos and presentations, design tailored solutions, enable partners, support sales and product teams, document engagements, and drive partner upskilling and feedback to improve offerings.

Lead EMEA sales strategy and operations for Services & People Transportation. Drive revenue growth, partner/channel expansion, team performance, cross-functional alignment, go-to-market execution, and high-level escalation resolution while coaching and developing a geographically dispersed sales organization.
