Drive research-to-production development of LLM-based capabilities for Microsoft 365 Copilot: evaluate and improve reasoning, grounding, retrieval, agentic workflows, and orchestration; design rigorous benchmarks and experiments; analyze model failures and telemetry; partner with engineering/product to ship scalable, production-ready AI systems used by millions.

Manage relationships with data center lessors to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, develop and run remediation programs, produce reporting and briefings, coordinate strategic engagement rhythms, and partner with leasing and CO+I teams to ensure operational reliability and uptime.
