Advise customers on Splunk platform health and adoption; deliver onboarding, enablement, workshops, and diagnostic health checks; manage escalations and partner with internal teams to optimize workloads, recommend upgrades, and drive issue resolution; participate in QBRs to review usage and performance.

Senior solutions architect advising central government and defence CTOs/CIOs. Lead multi-domain architectures (networking, security, cloud, collaboration), shape strategic bids and digital transformation programs, liaise with cross-functional teams, and influence long-term technology roadmaps for mission-critical national infrastructure.

Lead onboarding and adoption for Cisco Nexus N9300 and Hypershield deployments, guide on-prem controller and hypervisor installs, drive segmentation use cases, build deep NetOps/NetSecOps relationships, run workshops, remove adoption blockers with engineering/support, and create reusable assets like trainings, reference architectures, and documentation to scale customer success.
