Own strategic enterprise accounts across pre-sales, implementation, adoption, expansion, retention, and technical escalation. Lead complex deployments, integrations, workshops, demos, and value realization while partnering with account teams and executive stakeholders. Diagnose ambiguous technical challenges, connect technical execution to business outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities. Build reusable playbooks, coach peers, improve workflows, and apply AI tools to research, content creation, and automation.

Lead EMEA demand generation, owning regional pipeline targets and building EMEA-first programs (digital, ABM, account plays). Partner with sales and regional leaders, define co-marketing strategy, manage performance reporting and forecasting, and grow the EMEA demand gen team with strong focus on French and DACH markets.
