Drive new-logo acquisition across complex enterprise accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close. Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and channel partners; engage C-level and technical buyers; lead negotiations; coordinate internal teams; manage forecasts; and provide market intelligence. The role requires selling communications software and infrastructure, including CPaaS, CCaaS, CX, cloud migration, voice, messaging, emergency services, and AI-enabled communications.

Lead partner-focused enterprise sales across MSPs, platform providers and system integrators to embed Bandwidth voice and messaging capabilities. Build and manage pipeline, progress complex multi-stakeholder deals, expand presence in the European CCaaS ecosystem, and collaborate with product, marketing and sales to refine partner strategy and support customer adoption.

Lead and develop a global Service Delivery team to shift from reactive support to proactive, consultative customer partnerships. Drive adoption, monitor KPIs, standardize processes, escalate and resolve complex issues, partner with Sales/Product/Operations, participate in strategic account reviews, and support after-hours and occasional travel for customer engagements.
