As the Senior Manager of Technical Support Engineering, you will lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction, manage escalations and drive continuous improvement in support processes for nCino's EMEA customers.

Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls, social selling, events), qualify leads, schedule discovery/demo calls, follow up on inbound channels, manage prospects in Salesforce, and support territory strategy with an Account Executive and EMEA Marketing.

Provide technical support for nCino products, troubleshoot issues, configure product functions, and contribute to customer success initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and maintain customer satisfaction while participating in training and process improvement.
