Act as a technical customer advocate for Qumulo across on-prem and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments. Troubleshoot compute, storage, networking, identity, permissions and file system issues; own escalations end-to-end; coordinate with sales, product, and engineering; provide product feedback; and continually expand cloud skills.

Drive new business sales across the UK territory for Qumulo by developing strategic plans, prospecting, presenting demos, articulating ROI, closing deals, and building long-term customer and partner relationships while collaborating with internal teams.
