Present internally and externally while translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives for military and government customers.

Leads Planet’s sales organization across NATO and Nordic defense and government markets. Owns regional revenue targets, go-to-market strategy, pipeline governance, forecasting, complex negotiations, capture strategies, and partner ecosystems. Builds and coaches a high-performing sales team while collaborating with Government Affairs, Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and post-sales teams. Requires extensive defense procurement expertise, executive relationships across NATO and European government institutions, and experience exceeding large enterprise quotas.
