Own strategic post-sales relationships with complex, high-value enterprise customers. Drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, advocacy, executive alignment, and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, sales performance management, pipeline development, cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Business Development, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, enterprise SaaS selling, customer presentations, competitive intelligence, field activities, and regional brand representation.

Drive ARR growth and strategic expansion with MSP partners by owning the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, enablement, onboarding, and long-term account development. Build pipeline, develop executive relationships, drive partner adoption, and achieve quota using consultative selling and sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).

Customer-facing engineering role building and deploying AI-powered observability solutions. Design, implement, and support integrations, backend services, telemetry pipelines, and full-stack artifacts using Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
