Coach junior data product colleagues, align product engineering with analytics teams, and communicate technical delivery in terms of business outcomes.

Lead and mentor a team of Analytics Engineers, oversee planning and delivery of the analytics engineering roadmap, manage backlog and KPIs, translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements, drive data quality and pipeline reliability, and support team career development.

Supports supplier acquisition and ongoing supplier management, including due diligence, risk assessments, contract renewals, procurement requests, reporting, supplier records, tenders, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains accurate procurement and contract data, monitors the procurement helpdesk and inbox, follows up with internal teams and suppliers, and contributes to improving procurement processes.

Lead Funding Circle's enterprise data transformation: scale cloud data foundations, implement Snowflake and AWS-based platforms, deliver domain-aligned data products, embed governance, and drive adoption to accelerate product, automation, and commercial decision-making.

Lead development and scaling of Funding Circle's React Native mobile app for iOS and Android. Implement business functionality, maintain build/release pipelines, write automated tests, QA features, participate in code reviews, mentor teammates, and collaborate within agile cross-functional teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
