Build and operate cloud-based infrastructure and tooling to host, deploy, monitor and govern ML and GenAI models and AI agents. Lead data modelling strategy and standards, design and implement data models (star schemas), build scalable transformations using SQL, dbt, Python/PySpark, mentor engineers, co-own backlog, and translate business needs into technical solutions including custom AI and automation.

Handle inbound borrower enquiries via phone and email, update Salesforce to progress loan applications, coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers, maintain accurate reporting data, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and control issues while using approved Generative AI tools to improve productivity.

Drive sign-ups and conversions for the FlexiPay product by engaging SME owners via phone and email. Manage a high-volume pipeline, support clients through applications, hit monthly targets, capture customer insights for product development, and proactively resolve risks or control issues.

Provide legal advice on structuring, negotiating, drafting and executing private and public capital markets transactions related to platform-originated loans. Work with the Head of Capital Markets and structuring/execution teams, manage external counsel, and collaborate with legal and commercial teams to support new products, policies and strategic initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance for financing, securitisation and disclosure matters.
