Manage adoption, renewal, and growth of Dataminr First Alert among Italian and Spanish public sector accounts. Serve as product expert, drive product adoption and upsells, coordinate with Account Executives, conduct quarterly reviews, collect customer feedback, and report on metrics to improve retention and expansion.
