The Vice President of Private Credit will analyze investments, manage credit underwriting, monitor sectors, and support distressed situations, while also engaging in market interactions and risk management.

Design, build, and support ETF platform capabilities for portfolio construction, trading, analytics, and operations. Develop Python-based services, SQL ETL and tuned queries, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud-native AWS applications. Implement CI/CD, ensure data quality, observability and lineage, partner with investment teams, institutionalize AI-assisted development, and participate in production support and on-call rotation.

Leads manager due diligence, investment research, underwriting, portfolio construction, and risk assessment across private and listed credit strategies. Evaluates external investment managers, conducts meetings with general partners, monitors performance and style drift, develops investment recommendations, and prepares committee, client, and presentation materials. Contributes to thematic research, asset allocation, multi-asset portfolio management, and client engagement.

Provide risk-based compliance advice to the EMEA ETF business across product lifecycle, support launches and regulatory changes, review investor materials, monitor ETF regulatory developments, deliver training, and promote governance, fair outcomes and conflict management.

Perform quantitative research and portfolio construction for multi-asset and single-asset solutions. Build high-performance computing algorithms, infrastructure and APIs; develop prediction and forecasting methods using statistical and ML techniques (including Generative AI). Integrate third-party risk models, apply advanced optimization and multi-period simulation, and translate investment frameworks (pension/insurance-focused) into production tools for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead product management for Invesco's European private credit capabilities across syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and distressed credit. Drive product strategy, positioning, marketing collateral, RFP/RFI responses, client fundraising and relationship management. Partner with portfolio managers, distribution, compliance and operations to launch products, deliver client solutions, and represent product views externally. Mentor junior team members and contribute to global private markets product management best practices.
