Own the overnight and early-morning news agenda for North American audiences, making editorial decisions on story selection, headlines, packaging, placement, and breaking-news coverage. Coordinate handoffs across UK and U.S. desks, video, and product teams; maintain accuracy and quality under pressure; and use audience analytics to optimize engagement. The role requires independent newsroom leadership, strong editorial judgment, familiarity with North American news, and reliable UK-based overnight availability.
