The role supports ETL’s digital RF and satellite communications product portfolio while driving technical innovation and continuous improvement.

Lead day-to-day contract performance, governance, compliance, risk management, change control, claims, and commercial proposals for high-value engineering contracts. Partner with engineering, procurement, finance, programme teams, suppliers, and subcontractors across multiple sites. Manage budgets, performance, contract interpretation, negotiations, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, regulatory, procurement, and export-control compliance.
