Serves as SMF16 Compliance Oversight and SMF17 Money Laundering Reporting Officer, overseeing regulatory risk, financial crime, monitoring, governance, regulatory engagement, complaints, conduct, and regulatory change. Advises UK Boards and senior stakeholders, manages PRA, FCA, and Lloyd's relationships, develops the Compliance team, and provides pragmatic risk-based guidance within a lean senior leadership structure.
