Partners with senior leaders globally on organizational design, change management, talent strategy, succession planning, employee relations, total rewards, engagement, retention, and cultural integration. Leads annual people processes, executive coaching, capability building, talent mobility, and cross-functional transformation initiatives while influencing complex matrixed organizations and supporting cost-effectiveness goals.

Manages commercial renewal processes, tracks renewal risks, maintains pipeline and forecasting data, and supports commercial planning through analysis and reporting. The role coordinates with cross-functional and commercial teams to resolve renewal issues, improve workflows, and support customer retention. It requires strong data management, communication, organization, and self-management skills, with preferred experience in Salesforce, renewal management, customer success, and business intelligence tools.
