Originate, structure, and close high-value deals with airlines and buyers, build a strong global pipeline, enforce margin discipline, and scale repeatable revenue. Manage a small direct team and influence regional sales to drive pipeline conversion and market leadership.

Lead technical assessment and development of jurisdictional REDD+ projects across the project lifecycle. Provide policy analysis, track methodologies (ART TREES, Verra), manage feasibility/advisory assignments, coordinate geospatial data and dMRV integration, prepare reports, and support business development and finance inputs for carbon monetization and project implementation.

Design, build, and ship production-grade LLM-powered features (RAG, extraction, summarisation, agentic tooling). Build data and inference pipelines, integrate with back-ends and vector stores, ensure evaluation, monitoring, cost and performance optimisations, and champion testing and reliability alongside product and tech leads.
