Partner with the COO to drive company strategy, lead cross-functional programmes, manage corporate governance and multi-jurisdictional corporate structure, operate risk and controls frameworks, manage vendors and procurement, support finance reporting, deploy AI and process automation, and provide operational support to the deal team.

Structure and execute structured finance offerings (CLOs, ABS, securitisations, leveraged continuation funds). Build portfolio cash flow models, analyse fee/cost economics, draft term sheets and investor materials, interact with rating agencies, support deal execution and internal governance, and provide buy-side advisory and risk memoranda.

Partner with hiring managers to lead direct recruitment and campus hiring; source candidates using AI-driven tools; screen, shortlist and conduct first-round interviews; manage offers and onboarding; coordinate interviews and candidate communications; maintain ATS recruitment data and reporting; manage agency contracts and evaluate recruitment technology; ensure regulatory conduct and compliance.
