Leads the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment activities. Advises hiring managers, develops sourcing and talent attraction initiatives, improves candidate experience, analyzes recruitment data, supports inclusive hiring practices, and builds hiring manager capability. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in recruitment campaigns and key appointments while partnering closely with People Operations.

Lead brand strategy and governance, create assets and guidelines, champion brand consistency across the organisation, and support brand evolution projects. Run audience insight activity, translate insight into actionable recommendations, and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to increase awareness, trust and consideration for Anthony Nolan.
