Coordinate and allocate vegetation works across the West Zone, translating programmes into daily activities. Manage workforce deployment, availability, competencies, and liaison with recruitment and training. Respond to reactive and emergency works, monitor performance, and report resourcing risks to the West Zone Manager while ensuring safety, quality, and planning improvements.

Coordinate and implement Strategic Labour Needs and Training (SLNT) commitments for TfL contracts. Manage apprenticeship recruitment, social mobility initiatives, partnerships with training providers, and subcontractor compliance. Maintain records, produce quarterly monitoring reports, support audits, identify delivery risks, and act as primary SLNT contact for TfL and supply chain stakeholders.

Design, develop and support solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Build integrations using Graph and REST APIs, create Power Platform apps and automated workflows, troubleshoot and optimise integrations, and produce technical documentation and user guidance.
