Allocate wastewater network work to field staff while meeting service-level agreements, customer promises, KPIs, productivity targets, and compliance requirements. Coordinate emergency responses, monitor delays, support customer issues, maintain client relationships, optimize resources, and collaborate with field management. The role also promotes customer excellence, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, health and safety, and adherence to company policies.

Perform data extraction, entry, validation and quality checks across STW and Sapphire BigChange during system integration. Maintain records, liaise with field operatives and stakeholders, support customers, and assist IT/operations with automation and process improvement initiatives to ensure accurate, up-to-date data.
