Supports accounts payable and receivable, payment runs, reconciliations, payroll preparation, month-end close, budgeting reports, audits, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and finance process improvements. The role also manages finance queries and maintains accurate financial data while developing broader finance experience.

Support daily global payment operations within the Treasury team, including funding accounts, processing payments through banking portals, investigating payment queries, reconciling bank and internal accounts, and liaising with banking partners. The role requires accuracy, prioritization, communication, and calmness under pressure. No prior experience is required, though financial services or payments exposure is beneficial.

Manage day-to-day finance operations (AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll inputs, commissions), support month-end and management accounts, maintain controls and documentation, assist Financial Controller with reporting, audits, treasury reconciliations, and drive process improvements and automation across the finance function.

Investigate transaction monitoring alerts for AML, fraud, and sanctions; analyse transactional behaviour and source of funds; prepare ISARs/Internal SARs; escalate high-risk cases; use data to identify trends, improve monitoring controls, and support continuous improvement across compliance and risk teams.
