Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn), qualifying leads, booking meetings for Account Executives, maintaining CRM records, researching targets, personalizing outreach, and collaborating with sales leadership to meet activity and pipeline goals.

Handle inbound scheduled sales calls using a proprietary selling framework. Conduct consultative discovery, deliver persuasive Zoom presentations, manage pipeline and CRM, meet/exceed quotas, participate in daily sales syncs, consume training, and collaborate with teams to maximize revenue.

Make high-volume warm/outbound and inbound calls to qualified leads, qualify interest, and schedule sales appointments for closers. Maintain CRM records, participate in training and team syncs, use consultative discovery to create qualified pipeline, and meet appointment quotas.
