Lead commercial legal support for EMEA, independently negotiating complex, cross-border B2B SaaS transactions and customer agreements. Advise sales and business leaders on deal structure, risk, privacy, GDPR, security, data, AI, and intellectual property matters. Develop contracting templates, playbooks, training, escalation frameworks, and technology-enabled processes. Coordinate external counsel and help build the company’s broader European legal capabilities.
