Owns business development across government and defence, identifying, shaping, and winning complex opportunities from early engagement through contract award. Responsibilities include account planning, stakeholder relationship building, capture and bid leadership, commercial negotiation, pipeline and CRM management, forecasting, cross-functional pursuit coordination, and market representation. The role requires translating advanced technology into compelling customer propositions and maintaining strong networks across government, defence, and national security markets.

Drive enterprise revenue by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing complex B2B technology opportunities. Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, manage target accounts and pipeline, develop customer business cases, and expand existing engagements. Collaborate with product, technology, delivery, finance, marketing, and operations teams to create commercially viable propositions involving AI, modelling, simulation, and digital twins. Develop partnerships, forecast accurately, represent the company externally, and provide market insight to guide product and go-to-market priorities.

Lead Skyral’s growth and go-to-market strategy across government, defence, and enterprise markets. Build and develop the Business Development organization, own pipeline management and forecasting, originate and close strategic opportunities, develop partnerships, and improve commercial governance. The role works closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership to align customer, product, and delivery priorities while driving predictable revenue growth.

Lead end-to-end platform initiatives, set company-wide technical direction, mentor engineers, improve developer tooling and automation (CI/CD, GitOps, IaC), run reusable components (Grafana, Istio, CloudNativePG), operate Kubernetes and cloud/on‑prem infrastructure, and bake security and observability into the platform.
