Negotiate supplier contracts, lead commercial pricing and tenders, identify recovery technologies, ensure regulatory compliance (TFS/Basel), monitor depot performance, and produce commercial reports and KPIs while supporting operational teams.

Own new business growth across waste and resource management: generate and qualify leads, manage full sales lifecycle, prepare tenders and proposals, build client relationships, hit sales targets, maintain CRM and forecasts, and hand over contracts to operations.
