Supports Financial Planners and clients by maintaining accurate CRM data and audit-ready files, coordinating annual reviews, preparing meeting materials, monitoring suitability reports, and completing post-meeting actions within agreed SLAs. The role requires strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products, excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication skills, and confidence using cloud-based systems and AI tools.

Reviews client and case files for compliance with internal standards, FCA requirements, and firm policies. Conducts suitability assessments across pensions, investments, protection, and high-risk products; identifies documentation gaps and process deviations; records findings; prepares reports; provides constructive feedback to Financial Planners; supports training needs and process improvement projects.

Manage and review client portfolios, deliver tailored investment advice, build and maintain introducer and client relationships, support business development, ensure FCA compliance, monitor risk and portfolio performance, and assist the Head of Office with team and operational initiatives.
