Leads NEC4 contract management for major reservoir infrastructure programmes, overseeing contract administration, governance, commercial assurance, change control, risk reduction, dispute avoidance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role acts as Service Manager for Programme Delivery Partner contracts, develops contract strategies and assurance frameworks, supports governance forums, and drives collaboration, efficiency, innovation, and safe delivery across complex, nationally significant water projects.

Client-side role managing third-party agreements (TPAs) and statutory undertaker interfaces for the Fens Reservoir DCO programme. Lead delivery of TPA Management Plan, track agreements, budgets and commitments, support legal and stakeholder teams, and ensure timely implementation of technical and commercial requirements to secure consent and enable project delivery.
