Provide multi-jurisdictional HR generalist support across Europe and Asia, advising on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, HR operations in Workday, immigration and compliance (SRA), payroll coordination, and HR reporting.

Provide conflicts-of-interest review, identification, and resolution for new matters, clients, and hires. Maintain and update conflicts database, follow up with partners and staff to clear matters, and assist colleagues with intake, AML, and compliance procedures.
