Leads the London finance function, advising partners and coordinating with US finance teams. Oversees accounting operations, controls, SRA regulatory compliance, billing, collections, VAT processes, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Manages and develops a team of 3–4 finance professionals while supporting revenue performance, audits, and cross-border financial operations.

Supports new business intake and conflicts management by conducting conflict searches, corporate ownership research, AML/KYC due diligence, and client and matter intake processing. The role analyzes potential conflicts, coordinates with attorneys and administrative teams, maintains accurate billing and intake records, and contributes to process improvements and special projects while safeguarding confidentiality.
