Lead channel sales across EMEA by managing distributed Channel Account Managers, recruiting and engaging new partners, and developing channel programs that drive revenue growth. The role oversees partner strategy, performance measurement, process improvement, and relationships with key VARs, MSPs, consultants, systems integrators, and distributors. Success requires strong indirect sales experience, knowledge of telecommunications and enterprise technology ecosystems, cross-functional influence, excellent communication, and fluency in English.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for global connectivity offerings (DIA, Business Broadband, FWA, LEO). Define propositions, pricing, commercial guardrails and product data. Drive standardization across quoting, ordering, delivery, assurance and billing. Use customer, supplier and operational evidence, data, automation and AI to improve product economics, pricing and scalability. Own roadmap, launches, migrations and stakeholder alignment to deliver outcome-led connectivity offers with improved revenue, margins and operational predictability.
