Manage and grow relationships with premium UK trading clients, oversee a portfolio to drive retention and re-engagement, identify commercial opportunities, represent the firm at industry events, coordinate cross-functional support, monitor client activity for risk and growth, maintain CRM records, and ensure all interactions comply with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty principles.

Support the Risk/Compliance team by assisting with AI and automation initiatives, administering CMS and LMS, creating compliance training, handling governance tasks, and completing ad hoc compliance work.
