Provide expert employee-relations and wellbeing support to managers and colleagues, managing ER casework, sickness reviews, occupational-health liaison, complex absence and capability matters, and conflict resolution. The role also supports bids, TUPE, redundancy, data collection, risk management, process improvement, and manager capability building within the People Team.

Assist in delivering a quality curriculum by supporting students with tasks, managing behavior, and implementing lesson plans alongside teachers.

Provide HR administrative support including using the ATS to publish roles, onboarding and background checks, issuing contracts, payroll and timesheet processing, absence and leaver administration, TUPE payroll/records implementation, support for grievance/disciplinary processes, and monitoring employment-related compliance (DBS renewals). Work closely with People team, Payroll, and Service Managers.
