Maternity-cover People & Culture Business Partner responsible for driving employee experience, engagement, talent management, and organisational effectiveness. Partner with senior leaders on HR strategy, provide employee relations and UK employment law guidance, lead HR projects, contribute to workforce planning and retention, and support continuous improvement across hybrid office, home, and branch settings.

Develop and manage high-value partnerships with luxury hotels, travel agencies and intermediaries. Hunt and secure new business via concierge referrals, create tailored proposals and contracts, deliver presentations and training across stakeholder levels, and represent SIXT at industry events while ensuring high service standards and internal alignment.
