Lead the global security operations function, including the SOC, incident response, detection engineering, and threat intelligence. Personally manage major incidents, build or rebuild SOC operations, improve cloud security coverage, develop detections and automation, operationalize threat intelligence, and establish effectiveness metrics. Lead globally distributed technical teams and collaborate with engineering, product security, and information security leadership. Analyzes pre-match and live odds performance, pricing efficiency, customer outcomes, trading metrics, and market quality. Leads deep-dive investigations, client performance reviews, and improvement initiatives while coordinating with Trading, MTS, account management, quantitative analytics, Product, Technology, and QA teams. Translates stakeholder feedback and analytical findings into measurable product and service enhancements.

Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing account management team while collaborating with sales, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Develop high-performance, cloud-first applications for Premium Cricket using specification-driven development (ATDD/BDD). Use C#, modern .NET, asynchronous programming and LINQ, integrate front-end React components, work with AWS/serverless and GitLab CI, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and maintain code quality for real-time sports data services.
