Own the global customer experience function across four markets. The role requires continued personal involvement in complex deals and building a scalable sales system for global expansion.

Work directly with Marloo’s founders on high-priority commercial and customer initiatives. Build business cases, secure stakeholder alignment, convert decisions into execution plans, coordinate engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, represent the company with senior customers, analyze markets and business decisions, and feed customer insights into the product roadmap. The role requires ownership, quantitative thinking, precise communication, cross-functional influence, and comfort operating in a rapidly scaling company.

Own the customer support inbox, resolve customer questions and complex issues, manage difficult conversations, and maintain a high-quality inbox-zero standard. Gather and share customer feedback with product and go-to-market teams, collaborate globally, and improve support tools, macros, help content, and triage processes. The role requires clear communication, empathy, sound judgment, rapid learning, and comfort working in person at a fast-paced startup.

As a Founding Engineer, you'll lead full-stack development, shape product architecture, and collaborate with founders to translate user needs into technical solutions using AI tools.
