Lead the scientific approach for AI/ML solutions using LLMs and agentic systems: frame business problems, design models and evaluations, build and review production-grade code, own evaluation/monitoring, and drive responsible AI, standards, and mentorship across the team.

Lead claims from first notice to settlement, evaluate coverage and reserves, liaise with underwriters, brokers, TPAs, legal advisors and clients, handle Lloyd's Syndicate/IUA/company claims, and support cross-functional projects to improve claims performance.

Provide actuarial pricing recommendations for marine reinsurance treaties, develop and maintain pricing models and tools (including PRIME), monitor portfolio performance, support underwriting decisions, contribute to planning and control cycles, and communicate analyses to stakeholders.

Senior in-house lawyer providing transactional legal support for complex, cross-border insurance-backed credit, aircraft and project finance, and structured finance transactions. Drafts and negotiates policies, guarantees and security/funding documents; advises on enforcement, insolvency, restructurings, claims, regulatory, tax and sanctions matters; manages external counsel; works closely with underwriting, portfolio and tax/compliance teams.
