Own Kambi’s global Reward agenda, including salary structures, benchmarking, benefits, incentives, job architecture, and annual reward cycles. Analyze compensation data and market insights, manage provider and broker relationships, and recommend practical improvements. Lead initiatives from analysis through implementation and communication while partnering with People teams and business stakeholders across international locations.

Leads Kambi’s global tax function, including tax strategy, governance, compliance, IFRS tax accounting, transfer pricing, international expansion, tax authority relationships, and transaction support. Advises senior stakeholders on commercial tax matters, strengthens controls and documentation, automates processes, and builds scalable tax operations. Reports to the CFO and works hybrid from London or Malta.
