Provide Level 2/3 IT support across RightShip locations for a cloud-first Microsoft environment. Administer Microsoft 365/Azure services, manage identity and access, support endpoints and AV, coordinate onboarding and asset management, improve self-service and documentation, and support security tooling and incident response.

Own and grow RightShip's largest enterprise accounts by expanding strategic relationships and originating new opportunities. Lead complex, multi-product, multi-region deal cycles; build C-suite relationships; structure multi-year SaaS and data platform agreements; coordinate Legal, Product, Customer Success, Data and Finance; represent RightShip at industry events and inform product roadmap using enterprise insights.

Manage a portfolio of maritime customers to drive revenue growth, renewals and retention. Develop strategic account plans, build senior relationships, upsell/cross-sell SaaS solutions, forecast pipeline, provide customer feedback to product teams, and ensure compliance with commercial and ISMS policies.
