Provide day-to-day HR support across the UK and Europe: act as first point of contact for employees and managers, manage full employee lifecycle, handle employee relations (performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance), support payroll/benefits administration, maintain HRIS data and reporting, coordinate L&D and recruitment activities, ensure legal and policy compliance, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement.

Own day-to-day operations for assigned MGAs, liaise with outsourced providers, manage agency onboarding, perform credit control and reconciliations, maintain process documentation, support compliance checks, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement and SLA adherence.
