Lead company secretarial, corporate governance, statutory compliance, board and committee administration across the group. Advise directors and senior leaders on governance requirements, maintain statutory records and filings, oversee entity lifecycle events, administer shareholder and investor arrangements, and develop governance frameworks, policies, delegated authorities and approval processes. Report to the Chief Legal Officer and support effective decision-making across an international, private equity-backed data centre business.

Provide commercial and financial leadership for data centre development projects: financial modelling, project finance, budgeting, contract risk management, reporting, and stakeholder partnering to ensure project viability and optimize capital expenditure.

Manage the group's insurance programme including renewals, placements, endorsements, and claims. Review contractual insurance obligations, negotiate with brokers/insurers, identify and mitigate emerging risks, maintain policy and claims records, support audits and compliance, and liaise with finance, legal, operations, and senior management on insurance strategy and reporting.
