Leads Prophix Financial Consolidations implementations for multi-entity organizations across EMEA and the UK. Designs consolidation, close, reporting, intercompany, eliminations, currency translation, ownership, and cash-flow solutions. Manages workshops, architecture, configuration, testing, delivery governance, client enablement, pre-sales, and escalations from kickoff through go-live. Mentors consultants, reviews delivery quality, develops reusable implementation assets, and applies accounting standards including IFRS and local GAAP.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary contact and driving adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, provide onboarding and training, monitor customer health, analyze usage trends, coordinate cross-functional interventions, and communicate customer feedback internally.
