Own commercial legal work across the company, including negotiating enterprise technology agreements, SaaS licenses, partnerships, procurement contracts, and data processing agreements. Advise on AI-related commercial issues, cybersecurity testing permissions, intellectual property, data rights, privacy, and risk allocation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Security, while building scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, and training. The role requires independently leading negotiations and supporting a rapidly growing technology startup.
